If we can't arrange a replacement that suits you we'll be happy to make a refund.

Your goods will be despatched to reach you within 10 days. Claims for non-delivery must be made within 28 days. We will do our best to fulfill your order and will let you know in the unlikely event that certain designs are not available, so please include a daytime telephone number if you can.
